This country house is a 5 minute walk away from the village of Bolulla. The village is surrounded by fields of citrus fruit and olive groves. The house is full of atmosphere and has a private swimming pool. It is in a quiet area close to the lively Costa Blanca. The house is on a country estate of 5000 m2 and built in Spanish Valencian style. It offers comfortable accommodation for a maximum of twenty people. There is a shared sitting area and terrace on the top floor. The living room with its open fireplace and the large open kitchen are on the middle floor, next to the patio. On this floor you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor there are 6 bedrooms with each its own entrance and bathroom. The various terraces enjoy fine views of the valleys and mountains. Attractive seaside resorts such as Calpe, Altea, Moraira and Benidorm are just half an hour's drive away. The City of Valencia is an hour and a half away by car. Alicante Airport is over an hour. The country house is perfect for holidays with families or friends. It is also an excellent holiday destination during the winter months. You can enjoy a wide range of sports and leisure activities in the area. These include sailing, riding, golf and walking in the valleys.
